About the role

Join OneSec, a fast‑growing startup developing AI‑powered delivery drones, as a Mechanical Engineering Intern focused on SolidWorks design and hands‑on manufacturing. You will redesign the autonomous landing device and support various mechanical components of the drone.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble drone components and fabricate 3D‑printed parts.
• Prepare carbon‑fiber composite molds.
• Design and prototype the autonomous landing device.
• Build an in‑house wind‑tunnel testing apparatus.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and production efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong CAD abilities, preferably with SolidWorks.
• Available to start soon and commit full‑time for 9–12 months.
• Eager to learn across all stages of drone manufacturing.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication in English and strong teamwork skills.
