About the role

The Digital Unit of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Geneva is looking for a motivated intern to support its digital communication activities. The intern will work closely with the team, especially the French‑speaking social media officer, to help design, publish and animate content across MSF’s social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and publishing content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Support the management and growth of digital audiences.
• Contribute to the design, development and administration of MSF’s digital ecosystem.
• Participate in project coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Help monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports.

Required profile

• Passion for humanitarian work and digital communication.
• Enrolled in a relevant study programme (communication, media, journalism, etc.).
• Ability to work in a multilingual, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills in French (English is a plus).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Instagram.
• Familiarity with Facebook.
• Basic understanding of social media content creation.
