Stock Administrator – Boutique Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, precise and proactive Stock Administrator to join our Geneva boutique. In this full‑time, onsite position you will manage the main safe, daily safe and overall stock flow, ensuring operational excellence that supports the boutique’s daily business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock in the main safe: receive, record, transfer pieces and handle special product requests.
• Oversee daily safe and boutique window replenishment, proposing alternatives when shortages occur.
• Conduct token checks and follow Maison processes.
• Maintain document management, including delivery notes and emails.
• Perform weekly, monthly and yearly inventories, and carry out random price‑tag checks.
• Prepare and follow up omni‑channel orders.
• Support general boutique operations, back‑office setup and CS stock management as needed.
• Act as backup for Boutique & CS Admin to ensure continuity.
• Contribute to team spirit, training and client experience by handling phone enquiries and keeping sales areas tidy.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in stock or inventory management, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of high jewelry, watches and gemstones for quality handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with boutique and back‑office teams.
