Store Manager – Luxury Boutique in Zurich

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Zurich boutique and embody the Brunello Cucinelli philosophy. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience that reflects our heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Client Advisors in delivering brand‑aligned service and driving product awareness.
• Maintain a continuous presence on the shop floor, cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, report gaps, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HQ Retail Buying to optimise product assortment.
• Implement visual guidelines, coordinate displays, and oversee window merchandising.
• Organise events and trunk shows to attract new clientele and enhance loyalty.
• Coach, motivate, and provide ongoing feedback to the boutique team.
• Supervise stock management, support inventories, and ensure compliance with retail procedures.
• Utilise Xstore and Salesforce CRM systems for daily operations and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of brand positioning.
• Fluent in native language and proficient in additional foreign languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
