About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join a fast-growing, remote-first fintech environment in Switzerland. In this customer-facing position you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them maximise the value of advanced fraud-prevention, payments and compliance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, handling day-to-day support and long-term relationship development.
- Develop deep product knowledge to guide customer success initiatives and translate technical challenges into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with analytics, product, engineering and compliance teams to support fraud prevention, payments optimisation and risk-management projects.
- Build, monitor and communicate key performance indicators and success metrics to clients.
- Provide strategic recommendations that drive customer growth, operational efficiency and expansion plans.
- Support best-practice implementation for AML, KYC and other compliance processes.
- Coordinate implementations, stakeholder communication and ongoing workflow optimisation.
- Identify emerging fraud trends and operational risks, communicating insights to customers.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, risk management or solutions architecture within B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and enterprise customer workflows.
- Background in fintech, fraud prevention, compliance, AML, KYC or payments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
