About the role

Sika is seeking a driven Strategic HR Projects Specialist to join its Talent & Employee Experience Team. The role offers high‑visibility projects and direct exposure to senior stakeholders, working at the intersection of HR strategy and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through global roll‑out, collaborating with regions and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Translate evolving business needs into actions that strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
• Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and evidence‑based recommendations.
• Develop clear, impactful presentations for diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects end‑to‑end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
• Contribute to cross‑functional HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Early Careers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• 3‑5 years of experience in an operational HR role, preferably with consulting experience and global HR transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• High autonomy, entrepreneurial and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Business fluency in German and English.

Required skills

• Experience with digital channels and tools such as LinkedIn, careers pages, CMS, Canva, Adobe tools.
