Supply Chain Excellence Lead

About the role

Roche is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement across its global supply chain network. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Excellence, you will act as a change agent, identifying operational challenges and implementing sustainable, high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and capability building across the organization.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement projects using the DMAIC framework.
• Develop and implement KPIs to monitor performance and ensure accountability.
• Analyze data from multiple systems to optimize processes and drive performance.
• Monitor internal and external variables affecting supply chain performance and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects in a supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across global teams and influence change.
