Systems Engineer – Linux, Windows & VMware Virtualization

About the role

Qim info is looking for a Systems Engineer to join the infrastructure team of a partner. The role focuses on operating, evolving and automating critical Linux, Windows and VMware environments in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server infrastructures.
• Manage VMware virtualization platforms and contribute to their evolution.
• Automate administration and deployment tasks using Ansible.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, performance and operational excellence.
• Participate in infrastructure transformation and optimisation projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams across multicultural environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in systems engineering and administration.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments.
• Solid experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible.
• Good understanding of infrastructure operations and security best practices.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Autonomous, rigorous and team‑oriented mindset.
