About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high‑performing global talent acquisition function in Switzerland. You will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across Europe, driving end‑to‑end recruitment for commercial and operational positions while leveraging data‑driven insights and modern sourcing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and hiring trend insights to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks across relevant industries.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and AI‑enabled sourcing tools to improve time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire.
• Collaborate with regional and global TA teams to ensure consistent, compliant recruitment practices.
• Design tailored sourcing strategies for challenging requisitions and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotechnology.
• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience across corporate and operational roles.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, international, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
