Talent Acquisition Specialist – Data Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Data) will drive the growth of technical teams by sourcing, attracting and securing top‑tier talent for data‑focused and security‑related positions. Based in Switzerland, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and security roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified tech professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations and drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipeline tracking and support efficient hiring operations.
• Continuously improve recruitment approaches using market insights and performance data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in technical or IT environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for software, infrastructure or security positions.
• Strong ability to conduct structured, competency‑based interviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration with technical teams.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a candidate‑centric mindset.
