Talent Researcher – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Researcher to proactively identify and engage top talent for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions across global markets. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our partner company's high‑impact hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Build and maintain pipelines for senior and niche roles.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles.
• Continuously test and optimise sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition in an international setting.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft tailored outreach messages.
• High level of curiosity, persistence and proactive attitude.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
