Tech Recruiter – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position supports a fast‑growing, fully remote organization that hires across Product, Engineering and Design. Based in Switzerland, the Tech Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end hiring while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles, with a focus on Product, Engineering and Design.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to define hiring strategies.
• Maintain high‑volume pipelines, screen candidates, and produce quality shortlists aligned with diversity goals.
• Track, analyse and report hiring metrics to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Act as an ambassador for remote‑work culture and company values throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle tech recruitment experience in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
• Strong track record recruiting Engineering, Product or Design roles at scale.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple requisitions.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a commitment to diversity and fair hiring practices.

Required skills

• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime and BrightHire.
• Openness to AI‑enabled recruitment solutions.
