Technical Solution Enablement Lead

About the role

The Technical Solution Enablement Lead will design and deliver technical training programs that empower internal field teams and external partners to implement enterprise software solutions effectively. This remote position collaborates with engineering, product, professional services and instructional design to translate technical capabilities into practical learning paths, labs and certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical competency requirements for solution architects, consultants and partner engineers.
• Lead enablement programs for solution launches, enterprise deployments and product adoption, including blueprints, demo environments and integration patterns.
• Translate product capabilities into structured learning journeys, playbooks and role‑based certification programs.
• Design and coordinate hands‑on labs, bootcamps, workshops and certification activities for internal and external audiences.
• Build and maintain a library of reference architectures, configuration examples, FAQs and reusable implementation resources.
• Gather feedback from field teams and partners, communicating challenges and knowledge gaps to engineering and product stakeholders.
• Measure enablement effectiveness using metrics such as certification completion, time to productivity and deployment quality.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre‑sales or technical enablement within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data flows, security principles and complex IT architectures.
• Experience developing technical learning materials, labs, implementation guides or certification programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product and partner teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
