Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions, providing friendly assistance through chat, email and phone while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Guide users step‑by‑step to resolve technical, order‑related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products, services and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• At least one year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
