360 Talent Acquisition Consultant – Life Sciences Recruitment (Permanent)

About the role

360 is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join its team and work with leading European Life Science companies, sourcing and placing talent across Switzerland. The role covers permanent recruitment and lets you own the recruitment process end-to-end, from client briefing to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and place high-quality professionals in the Life Sciences industry across Switzerland, with a focus on permanent recruitment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: client briefings, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations and placements.
• Build relationships with existing clients, understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
• Pursue new business in the Pharma, Biotech and Medical Devices sectors, focusing on permanent hiring solutions.
• Attend industry events and build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Work on equal footing with colleagues and leadership and support the team.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in permanent recruitment; Life Sciences experience is a plus.
• Proven commercial acumen and consultative selling ability.
• Track record of sourcing and placing talent, including across borders.
• Professional fluency in German or French and English.
• EU or Swiss work permit.
