About the role

This position offers the chance to lead high‑impact client relationships in a fast‑paced B2B growth environment. You will manage a portfolio of active accounts, ensuring performance, retention, and strategic execution across multiple campaigns while working in a remote‑first culture that values ownership and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage 10‑15 active client accounts simultaneously, maintaining account health, retention, and growth.
  • Develop and optimise outbound omnichannel strategies tailored to client goals and market conditions.
  • Lead daily client meetings covering strategy, progress updates, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional delivery pods composed of SDRs, delivery leads, researchers, and content specialists.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify blockers, and implement corrective actions.
  • Handle escalations and align internal stakeholders to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Balance personal performance targets with broader team KPIs and overall account success.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, B2B lead generation, or related client‑facing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects or accounts, preferably in agency or SaaS environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Native or C2‑level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
