Accounting Assistant – Entry Level

About the role

Queen of Clubs is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support its newly established office in Chiasso. This entry‑level position involves handling invoices, payments and monthly financial reporting for a luxury travel company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client and supplier invoices, verify accuracy in the BeConcierge CRM and process payments promptly.
• Execute bank transfers and monthly card payment transactions, adhering to schedules and terms.
• Prepare draft monthly financial reports to support VAT claims and internal reporting.
• Apply accounting principles to maintain audit‑ready records and collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 6‑12 months of experience in an accounting role.
• Based in or around Chiasso (within 20 km) and able to work fully onsite.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, deadline‑driven and comfortable working under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using the BeConcierge CRM for invoice management.
