Accounting Assistant – Entry Level

About the role

Queen of Clubs, a multi-award-winning B2B luxury travel group with offices in London, Paris, Madrid, Ibiza, Chiasso and Milan, is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join its fast-paced, international and newly established Chiasso office. This is a fully in-office position based in or around Chiasso, open to candidates who already live within a 20 km radius.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clients' and suppliers' invoices, verify their accuracy in the BeConcierge CRM and process payments on time
• Set up payments by bank transfer, following payment schedules and terms
• Handle banking and card payment transactions on a monthly basis
• Prepare and draft monthly financial reports supporting reporting and VAT claims
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records using accounting principles and techniques
• Work closely with the wider Finance team to resolve discrepancies

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (or a related field)
• At least 6-12 months of experience in an accounting role
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented, organized and deadline-driven, able to manage several tasks
• Confident working under pressure, with strong teamwork skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting techniques and principles
