Adjunct Professor – Management and Aviation Sciences

About the role

RCST Rockfield College of Sciences and Technology in Zurich seeks qualified part‑time adjunct professors to support its off‑campus distance‑learning programmes in Management and Aviation Sciences. The role involves designing curriculum, mentoring students, and evaluating coursework for both on‑site and remote learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver course materials for selected subjects in management and aviation.
• Mark assignments, exams, and provide analytical feedback on student performance.
• Mentor and guide students through their learning journey, monitoring progress and offering support.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure consistency and quality across programmes.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Management, Aviation Sciences, Business Administration, Aviation Law).
• Significant experience in academic or professional settings related to the subject areas.
• Strong analytical ability to assess and comment on student work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
