Administration, HR & Finance Manager (60/80%)

About the role

FenX is looking for an Administration, HR & Finance Manager to act as the operational backbone of the organization, supporting the CEO and ensuring smooth execution across finance, HR, office operations and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly cash planning, cash runway scenarios and budget tracking.
• Work with external accounting and payroll providers and support financing and grant material preparation.
• Manage recruitment administration, employee lifecycle processes and oversee contracts, payroll and HR administration.
• Support contract management, legal follow‑up and coordinate office operations, facilities, insurance and service providers.
• Leverage digital, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional education and 5+ years of experience in administration, operations, HR or finance.
• Strong background in budget tracking, cash monitoring and coordination with accountants.
• Experience in SME, startup or scale‑up environments, excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German.
