Admissions & Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Geneva School of Diplomacy is seeking an experienced Admissions & Recruitment Manager to lead its student recruitment and admissions operations. This senior leadership position will shape the end‑to‑end admissions process, strengthen international partnerships, and drive the school’s growth in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead admissions and student recruitment activities from prospecting to enrollment.
• Manage and optimise the CRM system, with a focus on HubSpot.
• Oversee recruitment pipelines and develop conversion strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Support and expand international academic partnerships.
• Supervise day‑to‑day admissions operations and monitor team performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or higher‑education sales.
• Proven team‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
• Valid Swiss work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
