AI & Data Consultant

About the role

As an AI & Data Consultant you will ensure that Data & AI projects deliver the expected impact, from pre‑sales and development to delivery and ongoing relationship management as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients achieve their data & AI ambitions through strategy, transformation roadmaps and bespoke AI solution development.
• Lead use‑case discovery, manage product backlogs, supervise delivery teams and ensure user acceptance.
• Align data/AI platform architectures to user requirements, define service and operating models, and oversee delivery of data products.
• Facilitate collaboration between interdisciplinary stakeholders, bridging delivery teams and business leaders at all levels.
• Support consultants and business developers across the sales pipeline and act as an ambassador and thought leader for the discipline.

Required profile

• University degree in business or STEM from a leading institution.
• Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management and workshop facilitation.
• Experience in data/AI work, including strategy, transformation or solution development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Assertive, proactive, customer‑centric and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Broad data/AI literacy with knowledge of topics such as Responsible AI, Agentic AI, Data Mesh and Synthetic data.
