AI Operations Lead

About the role

Visium is looking for an AI Operations Lead to own and evolve its internal AI strategy. This internal‑focused position will design, build, and govern the AI tool stack that powers Visium’s own teams, turning strategic ideas into measurable, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and implement Visium’s internal AI strategy from concept to a running, measurable operation.
• Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and automations that improve cross‑team efficiency.
• Drive adoption and enablement by creating shared resources, reference setups, and a continuous learning loop.
• Communicate policies and ways of working clearly, encouraging compliance.
• Measure impact through adoption and productivity signals, report ROI, and make data‑driven decisions on what to keep, kill, or change.
• Make pragmatic build‑versus‑buy decisions, favoring simple, managed solutions over over‑engineering.

Required profile

• A genuine AI enthusiast who tinkers with local models and follows AI community news.
• Hands‑on experience coding with agents and running real agentic workflows.
• Proactive mindset: builds personal agents (e.g., OpenClaw, Hermes) to solve problems and brings that instinct to the workplace.
