Senior Product Security Engineer / Architect

About the role

Join a fast‑growing FinTech venture building the next global digital‑asset platform. This is a deeply hands‑on, individual‑contributor position where you will raise the security bar of the product and work side‑by‑side with engineers to design and ship fixes on the same day.

Key responsibilities

• Own product security for Taurus‑PROTECT, Taurus‑CAPITAL, Taurus‑EXPLORER and Taurus‑NETWORK.
• Contribute to security architecture for HSMs, confidential computing, MPC and cryptographic systems.
• Perform security reviews of code, cryptographic workflows, smart contracts and HSM integrations.
• Model threats for new features, lead penetration tests and validate remediation plans.
• Build automation that enforces security guardrails across CI/CD pipelines, software supply chains, Kubernetes environments and deployment platforms.
• Support incident response, vulnerability management, client audits and regulatory discussions.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, IT security engineering or cryptography.
• 7+ years of experience in application security, product security, offensive security or security engineering.
• Background in security‑critical environments such as financial services, payments or regulated platforms.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Go, C/C++, TypeScript, Python.
• Threat modeling, secure design reviews and penetration testing.
• Applied cryptography: PKI, TLS, X.509, AES, RSA, ECDSA, EdDSA, key management and PKCS#11.
• HSM technologies (Thales/Luna, AWS CloudHSM, Azure Managed HSM) and secure enclave platforms (Intel SGX, AMD SEV‑SNP, AWS Nitro Enclaves, Azure Confidential Computing).
• Kubernetes and container security, cloud IAM, workload identity, secrets management and policy‑as‑code.
