About the role
Expeditors International is seeking an Air Specialist to join its team in Switzerland (Kloten, Zürich or Morbio Inferiore). The role focuses on managing air freight shipments and providing high‑level customer support within a global logistics network.
Key responsibilities
- Independently organize and manage air freight shipments.
- Provide support and consulting to customers to ensure the highest service quality and develop business relationships.
- Coordinate with business partners and Expeditors offices worldwide to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in air freight.
- Structured, quality‑oriented working approach.
- Strong customer focus and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
- Fluent German language (required for German‑speaking locations).
