Analyst, Communications and Content (Temporary)

About the role

The World Economic Forum is seeking a temporary Analyst, Communications and Content to support its Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains. The role will translate complex manufacturing and supply‑chain initiatives into clear, engaging content for partners, stakeholders and wider audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of communications campaigns for reports, initiatives, announcements and events, including toolkits, newsletters, web copy, social assets and briefing materials.
• Manage media outreach, performance tracking, journalist research, media lists, pitching materials and analysis of campaign performance.
• Coordinate external creative vendors and marketing deliverables across priority workstreams.
• Organise public‑engagement opportunities across podcasts, videos, interviews, blogs and institutional events, providing content collection, speaker nominations and production support.
• Maintain communications workflows, calendars, trackers and approval processes to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in communications, journalism, marketing, international relations or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in communications, media, content or marketing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities to handle multiple workstreams.

Required skills

• Experience creating digital assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with digital communications, newsletters, social media and content‑production workflows.
• Knowledge of media relations and analytics (advantage).
