Demand Generation Manager – Swiss Market (German & French speaking)

About the role

Lucca is looking for a commercially‑minded Demand Generation Manager to strengthen its Swiss acquisition engine. You will work at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, turning business priorities and market insights into content, ABM initiatives and demand‑generation programs that boost qualified interest and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise demand‑generation and ABM initiatives for priority ICPs, verticals, accounts and personas.
• Identify demand signals and account opportunities to refine targeting and activation.
• Produce locally relevant commercial content, including GEO/SEO and gated acquisition assets.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing Programs and Sales to align activation with market response and acquisition priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years full‑stack B2B marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, ICPs and demand‑generation principles.
• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt messaging across funnel stages.
• Fluent in German, French and English (C1/C2 level).
