About the role
We are looking for an experienced Apparel Designer to lead the creation of innovative seasonal collections, working closely with product, development, sourcing and marketing teams across bike, ski, run and mountain/outdoor categories.
Key responsibilities
- Create design direction and deliver two seasonal apparel collections per year.
- Develop product stories, colour concepts, graphics and design languages.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build detailed design specifications, technical sketches and manage data in Centric PLM.
- Support the Development Team during fittings and update technical sketches.
- Use CLO 3D to create virtual designs, improve fit accuracy and accelerate decisions.
Required profile
- 3+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in premium cycling, sports or outdoor brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative product and collection development.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, materials and manufacturing processes.
- Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
- Genuine interest in sport and movement‑focused products.
Required skills
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CLO 3D (working proficiency, advanced a plus)
- Centric PLM (or similar PLM system)
