About the role

Join Kempinski’s historic hotel brand as an apprentice in Hotellerie‑Hauswirtschaft EFZ. Starting in August 2027, you will work on‑site in the luxury resort of St. Moritz, supporting guest services during both the busy summer and winter seasons.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to hotel guests throughout the peak seasons.
• Participate in theoretical training at the school hotel during the off‑season.
• Assist sister hotels when opportunities arise, gaining broader hospitality experience.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guest comfort from arrival to departure.

Required profile

• At least 17 years old at the start of the apprenticeship.
• Strong passion for hospitality, flexibility and commitment.
• Previous internships or experience in hotel or catering environments at a high level.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Professional appearance, team spirit and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Very good German language proficiency.
• Very good English language proficiency.
