Commis de Cuisine – Staff Canteen (Winter 2026/2027)

About the role

Under the historic Kempinski brand, the hotel seeks a Commis de Cuisine for the winter season 2026/2027 in its staff restaurant, Berthold’s. You will join a creative and dynamic culinary team serving the hotel’s staff in St. Moritz. The position contributes to delivering a 5‑star dining experience for employees.

Required profile

• A completed chef’s apprenticeship with initial experience in an up‑market 5‑star restaurant.
• Professional expertise, creativity, attention to detail and a high quality awareness.
• A structured and organised approach to work.
• A keen interest in team‑based work.
• Very good command of German and English.
