About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Human Resources to join our team in Kreuzlingen. In this varied and exciting position you will work closely with the HR Business Partner, providing comprehensive support to employees and managers across our fashion brands.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end HR administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to interview coordination and contract preparation.
• Prepare job advertisements, reference letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Contribute to HR marketing and employer branding initiatives, including social‑media activities.

Required profile

• Completed business administration studies with a focus on HR management.
• Initial professional experience in a comparable HR role is an advantage.
• Very good German language skills.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong customer orientation.
• Team spirit and a passion for fashion and lifestyle.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP HR (preferred).
