Assistant Manager – Quality Management & Technology

About the role

Join the Assurance Risk & Quality team at PwC in Zurich as an Assistant Manager, focusing on quality management and technology. You will act as a super‑user and subject‑matter expert for the ServiceNow IRM platform, helping stakeholders adopt and optimise the system.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary super‑user for the System of Quality Management tool (ServiceNow IRM), mastering its workflows, dashboards and reporting.
• Provide guidance, troubleshooting and day‑to‑day support to business owners and users.
• Translate quality‑management requirements into system‑based processes, controls and monitoring activities.
• Maintain and enhance tool content, including tagging structures, data quality, access management and documentation.
• Develop training materials, user guides and communications to drive adoption.
• Extract, validate and analyse data from the tool to produce summaries for the QMSE team and leadership.
• Contribute to audit quality indicator solutions and other technology‑enabled quality initiatives.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and continuous‑improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Experience in audit, risk, quality management, governance, internal controls or technology‑enabled business processes.
• Strong digital affinity and interest in becoming an expert user of ServiceNow IRM or similar platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, structured approach with ability to understand complex processes and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Service‑oriented mindset with confidence in supporting stakeholders and enabling tool adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
