Director – Cloud, Data & AI – Generative AI

About the role

As a Director in Cloud, Data & AI, you will lead high‑impact engagements for PwC clients, guiding them through the adoption of advanced AI technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping AI strategies that drive digital transformation and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client engagements and internal PwC teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Lead workshops to identify AI use cases, understand business challenges, and design tailored AI solutions.
• Advise clients on AI risks, including data privacy, security, and model performance.
• Stay current with best practices in technology, data engineering, analytics, and consulting methodologies.
• Promote digitisation by gathering requirements and proposing state‑of‑the‑art AI solutions.

Required profile

• University master’s degree or PhD in AI, computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, advanced statistics, modelling and Generative AI.
• Proven leadership in AI projects and a strong network within the AI ecosystem.
• Demonstrated go‑to‑market experience in the Swiss market.
• Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
