Assistant Private Banking

About the role

USBergos, an independent Swiss private bank headquartered in Zurich, is looking for an Assistant Private Banking professional to join its team in Zurich or Geneva. The role supports two Relationship Managers and offers a varied position with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, place and monitor stock exchange orders
• Check and execute payment orders and handle dispositions of client accounts
• Support the opening of accounts for individuals and legal entities
• Assist in preparing investment proposals
• Handle customer inquiries independently and in English
• Coordinate appointments and events, including pre- and post-processing
• Revise and adapt customer presentations and mailings

Required profile

• University degree or commercial training; a banking apprenticeship is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant in Private Banking
• Strong understanding of customer service and a high-quality orientation
• Independent, reliable, efficient and accurate way of working
• Collegial, open-minded and discreet personality

Required skills

• Very good oral and written English
• German is an asset
