Assistant socio-éducatif (H/F) – Enfants en situation de handicap

About the role

The Fondation Clair Bois is seeking a socio‑educational assistant to support children with multiple disabilities at its specialized school in Lancy. The role involves daily assistance, participation in educational activities, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Support children in daily life and specific interventions of their personalized project.
• Actively participate in the animation of educational classes.
• Contribute to the quality of care and follow‑up of each child's personalized project in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain communication with parents together with reference educators and centre management.
• Ensure optimal information flow and strong links between the various professions within the institution.
• Participate in the development of the Children and Adolescents Department.

Required profile

• Hold a Swiss CFC as a socio‑educational assistant.
• Prior professional experience working with children with disabilities.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with standard office computer tools.
• Swiss nationality or a valid work permit.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
