Associate / Senior Cloud Engineer

About the role

Collaborate with a high‑impact team to deliver cloud transformation projects for leading clients across technology, financial services, retail, healthcare and government sectors. Develop tailored cloud‑based solutions that enable clients to leverage modern cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure and resilient cloud infrastructures and solutions.
• Develop end‑to‑end cloud engineering components using Infrastructure‑as‑Code, integrations, CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Implement cloud landing zones, DevSecOps practices and platform engineering initiatives to accelerate client cloud adoption.
• Continuously apply and share best practices in DevOps, SRE and platform engineering.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, DevOps or system architecture.
• Hands‑on experience and certification on at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred; AWS or Google Cloud also valued).
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS), cloud networking and security fundamentals.
• Fluent English; German is a plus, and willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
