Associate – Swiss Tax Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate to join a dynamic and growing Tax & Legal team in Switzerland, based in Lugano. The team supports a diverse portfolio of clients across industries with tax advisory and compliance services, and values collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on Swiss tax matters and support compliance and advisory engagements
• Contribute to tax projects, including structuring, transactions and ongoing advisory solutions
• Build and strengthen client relationships through reliable, high-quality service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions
• Own defined workstreams and deliver results on time and to a high standard
• Support the development of junior team members

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax consulting in Switzerland or a comparable market
• Strong knowledge of Swiss tax regulations and advisory processes
• Commitment to pursue the Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification
• Clear communication skills in English and Italian; German is an advantage
• Team-oriented, proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment
