Bar Supervisor (f/m/d) – 4-Day Week

About the role

The RIBELLI restaurant in Zürich, known for Italian cuisine, pizza, oven dishes, wine and Italian craft beer, is opening a new SPRITZ-BAR and is looking for a committed bar employee with a passion for innovative drinks. The position is full-time but only four days a week, with three days off every week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve creative Spritz drinks, other cocktails and long drinks for the restaurant and bar
• Advise guests on drinks and recommend suitable combinations
• Order and stock spirits and other drinks, and ensure their quality and attractive presentation
• Support the development of new Spritz creations
• Cash register activities and accounting at the end of the shift
• Organize and maintain the bar area

Required profile

• Experience at the bar is required
• Reliable and independent way of working, strong communication skills and a friendly manner towards guests
• Team player with organizational skills and an affinity for bar trends
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and cocktail preparation
• Passion for drinks, especially aperitifs, bitters and spritz creations
