F&B Assistant (4-day week)

About the role

The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse in Zurich, part of the 25hours group, is looking for an F&B Assistant (m/f/d) to keep its food and beverage operations running smoothly. The hotel focuses on oriental-Mediterranean cuisine and sharing concepts, with a Cinchona Bar that mixes hotel guests and locals. The role supports the administrative processes together with the Operations Manager and department heads.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the Food & Beverage departments have everything they need for daily operations
• Support administrative processes alongside the Operations Manager and department heads

Required profile

• Fluent in German
• Wants to work in a bar and deepen their experience there
• Enthusiastic about the bar scene
• Patient and willing to learn, even if the drink is not perfect the first time
• Organized and numbers-savvy, with a passion for purchasing, administration and efficient processes
