About the role

Join A-ROSA, a leading provider of experiential city trips on Europe’s most beautiful rivers, as a Beauty & Massage Therapist. You will deliver a range of beauty treatments and massages to guests aboard premium vessels, ensuring a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform various beauty treatments and massages for guests.
• Advise guests on treatments and related products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with health and safety regulations in treatment rooms.
• Promote and sell beauty products and services.
• Care for treatment equipment and materials.
• Participate in regular training and continuing education.

Required profile

• Completed training as a beautician or massage therapist.
• Several years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Knowledge of diverse massage and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, customer‑orientation and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Flexibility, teamwork and a friendly attitude.
