Bilingual Tutor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual tutor to help train AI language models. The role requires expert‑level proficiency in both German and English, allowing you to converse with chatbots and create novel dialogue scenarios. You will work remotely from your own computer, choosing projects that fit your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Engage AI chatbots in diverse and complex bilingual conversations to assess their performance.
• Write original dialogue examples that teach the models appropriate responses.
• Evaluate the quality of AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be based in Switzerland and able to work as an independent contractor.
