360 Global Trainee Program – 18‑Month Rotational Role

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates and post‑graduates to join EF’s highly selective 18‑month rotational Global Trainee Program. The role offers real responsibility, international rotations, and direct exposure to senior leaders, with a focus on applying AI concepts to business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Own impactful projects from day one across sales, business development, customer experience and market development.
• Start in our European hubs (Zurich or London) and rotate through 1–2 additional offices, gaining front‑line experience.
• Participate in Global Trainee Summits for professional growth, networking and collaboration with EF executives.
• Build deep insight into EF’s products, culture and global mission while engaging directly with customers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 1–2 years relevant work experience.
• Fluent English; additional language fluency strongly preferred.
• International work or study experience and right to work in the EU/CH/UK.
• Entrepreneurial drive, leadership potential and strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Adaptability, problem‑solving ability in fast‑paced multicultural settings and curiosity about AI tools.
