Boutique Concierge – Luxury Hospitality Role

About the role

The Boutique Concierge will shape the client journey at Universal Genève’s flagship boutique in Geneva, delivering a seamless, personalized luxury experience that reflects the Maison’s heritage and revival. Working closely with Client Advisors and boutique management, you will orchestrate visits, private appointments, and high‑touch deliveries, ensuring every interaction feels intentional and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute boutique visits, private appointments and client ceremonies, including hospitality rituals such as coffee, champagne and branded packaging.
• Prepare the boutique environment – ambiance, setup, flow – to match the specific client moment.
• Act as the on‑site facilitator during client visits, managing timing, comfort and seamless service.
• Organise special private salon presentations, intimate gatherings and off‑site curated experiences.
• Oversee high‑touch delivery and reveal experiences, both in‑store and at client locations.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to anticipate client needs.
• Experience in high‑end retail, boutique, or hospitality environments.
• Flexibility to work between client‑facing hosting and behind‑the‑scenes execution.
