Brand & Communications Manager

About the role

We are a young Swiss company dedicated to pushing the limits of action sports. As Brand & Communications Manager you will lead our social media presence and overall company communication, creating engaging content that showcases our projects, events, and construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram and overall company communication, planning, creating and publishing content.
• Identify and tell stories from projects, events and construction sites, producing photo and simple video content.
• Coordinate on‑site social media managers and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support management with LinkedIn presence and broader communication needs.
• Help shape and develop the brand, website and project communication.

Required profile

• Experience in communications, marketing or content creation.
• Strong connection to action sports (freestyle, snow, bike, skate).
• Not a junior social‑media role – a versatile multitalent who takes initiative.
• Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
