Senior Art Director – FMCG Brand Builder

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Art Director who will own the visual and creative direction of our fast‑growing FMCG brands. The role combines brand strategy, packaging, and digital assets to drive shelf impact and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts across packaging, web, social and print with a focus on market performance.
• Build and continuously evolve strong brand worlds, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
• Lead projects from idea to market‑ready product, managing freelancers and external partners.
• Leverage AI and modern design tools to accelerate workflows and improve output.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in design, art direction or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio with proven FMCG or retail work.
• Hands‑on, fast‑moving, solution‑oriented mindset with ownership attitude.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing UI and web interfaces.
• Packaging design with a clear FMCG logic.
• Use of AI tools to support creative workflow.
