Brand Manager

About the role

You make Flink look as cool from the outside as it is on the inside. As our first brand & marketing hire, you own how Flink shows up to the world and help shape how it feels to work here. This is a hands‑on role with a lot of ownership from day one, working directly with the CEO and the whole team. Junior profiles are very welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve Flink’s visual identity, ensuring consistent use of logo, colours, typography, photo and video style.
• Maintain and update the website (flink.so), adding new pages, news, job posts and visuals.
• Plan, create and publish content for LinkedIn and other social channels, showcasing robot footage, behind‑the‑scenes stories and milestones.
• Design and run marketing campaigns for product launches, trade fairs, recruiting and customer outreach.
• Produce or coordinate photos, videos, graphics and animations of robots and technology for pitch decks, investor updates and sales material.
• Organise trade fairs, demo days, meet‑ups, customer visits and internal events.
• Shape the office and workshop environment to reflect the Flink brand for visitors and candidates.
• Strengthen the employer brand through careers page, job ads and internal communication.

Required profile

• Strong eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas without a brief.
• Hands‑on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Portfolio that demonstrates good taste across professional, freelance or side projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Curiosity about technology and robotics, with a willingness to learn.
