Brand Manager Marketing – TR

About the role

Revlon is seeking a Brand Manager Marketing (TR) to join its Geneva office. This hybrid role combines strategic marketing support for sales teams and retailers with hands‑on execution of promotions, merchandising, and cross‑functional projects across multiple beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing partner to the Sales team and retailers, coordinating creation and distribution of marketing assets such as catalogues, visuals, and toolkits.
• Manage POSM development, including design, production, and deployment, and support digital activations and global social‑media assets.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of promotional campaigns (HPP, SPP, events), ensuring flawless implementation across retail, digital, training, and GWP touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Sales to define promotional forecasts, optimize profitability, and manage innovation volume planning.
• Support counter design, production, and installation; define planograms and visual‑merchandising guidelines; develop seasonal merchandising strategies.
• Participate in key business meetings (S&OP, Forecast, Feeder) and prepare marketing presentations and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Experience partnering with sales teams and retailers to deliver marketing assets.
• Proven ability to manage promotional campaigns and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills for forecasting, budgeting, and merchandising execution.
