Brand Specialist (Fixed‑term)

About the role

Julius Baer is seeking a Brand Specialist on a fixed‑term basis to support the consistent expression of its brand across all touch points. You will work closely with global stakeholders, internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand integrity and help shape a forward‑looking brand roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily branding requests from global stakeholders and ensure brand consistency across presentations, publications, videos and other marketing materials.
• Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines, conduct reviews of existing assets and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate visual concepts such as imagery and layouts in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Handle image sourcing, maintain brand asset archives, and support administrative processes including budgets and project tracking.
• Act as the primary contact for branding‑related queries across departments.
• Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, coordinating production and rollout as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant training in marketing, branding, communications or a related field.
• First professional experience in an in‑house or agency environment with exposure to branding.
• Strong interest in visual identity, brand development and a keen eye for design.
• Structured, hands‑on, reliable working style and proactive attitude within a small support‑oriented team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of InDesign (strong plus).
