Business Analyst – Credit Risk (TEMOS)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a leading private banking institution in Zurich. The role focuses on the TEMOS platform within the Credit Supervision domain, driving enhancements, process improvements and supporting the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for TEMOS enhancements.
• Manage small to medium‑sized projects end‑to‑end, tracking status, risks and reporting.
• Act as liaison between Credit Risk, Front Office and IT teams.
• Write and execute test cases, support User Acceptance Testing and ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate training, change communication and rollout activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Credit Risk within banking or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience with credit limit, exposure monitoring or loan management systems.
• Strong understanding of data structures, flows and data quality.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent in German and English.
