Senior Manager, EMEA Controller

About the role

Tandem Diabetes Care is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, EMEA Controller to lead accounting, finance operations, statutory compliance, treasury and payroll governance across its growing EMEA region. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance – International, you will act as a key business partner supporting international growth through strong financial stewardship and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for all EMEA legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting under US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Review financial statements, balance‑sheet reconciliations, reserves and significant accounting estimates to maintain financial integrity.
• Consolidate EMEA financial results and support both internal and external reporting requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership of accounting, finance operations, statutory compliance, treasury and payroll governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal accounting teams, outsourced service providers, external advisors, auditors and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and effective financial operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance or controllership roles within an international, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local statutory reporting requirements in EMEA.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to partner across functions and external parties.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
